Affogato Mocha
I seem to be craving a lot of dessert lately, but this one is just as nice as the mousse. It takes seconds to make; which means that it's great for feeding addictions (coffee, ice cream, chocky and alcohol in one go - phwoar!), but bad for anyone who's on a diet :P

Ingredients:
1 pint chocolate ice cream
8 tablespoons finely chopped bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
8 tablespoons hot freshly brewed espresso coffee
8 tablespoons dark rum
Method:
Divide ice cream among 4 dessert bowls or coffee cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons each of chocolate, espresso, and rum over ice cream and serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
****************
1 pint is about 600 ml, equivalent to a tub of Haagen-Dazs; hence 1 serving of this stuff calls for 2 - 3 scoops of ice cream, depending on what you're using as a scooper.
You can leave out the rum if you prefer a virgin affogato mocha; and you probably don't want to tell your personal trainer about this. He / she will make you do extra sets as punishment. *heheh*
Like sweet stuff? Try another dessert here.
